If you are a first-time customer, you may return any items from your first purchase for any reason and receive a full product refund. If this is not your first purchase with us, products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund.
To return a product for a full refund, the return must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery and include a copy of the order number. Product issues not declared within 30 days of delivery are not eligible for a refund. The customer is responsible to cover the cost of return shipping.

We recommend that you receive tracking information for your product return. Upon receipt, please allow our receiving department up to 3 business days to process your refund.
